TYPE II SAFETY DISPENSING CANS
Protectoseal Type II Safety Dispensing Cans are specifically designed for the convenient dispensing of flammable liquids into vessels, cans or tanks which have a small receiving opening. Type II can are commonly identified by their separate fill and pouring openings. They feature a flexible metal dispensing hose that eliminate the need for a funnel and provides a bonding path to prevent static sparks. Pouring mechanism also has an automatic integral vacuum relief vent that protects container from implosion. Made of high quality terne plate. Most cans are FM Approved and UL Listed and exceed OSHA and NFPA requirements. Features include:
- Perforated-metal flash arresters at both fill opening and pouring spout for protection of contents against external ignition sources.
- Shock rim and raised bottom provide extra strength and protection against damage.
- Leak resistant gasket in fill cap.
Type II Safety Dispensing Cans are offered in 1, 2, 3 and 5 gallon capacities with an ergonomically designed handle.
Color-coded cans are available for the storage of Kerosene and Diesel Fuel. The industry standard of BLUE for Kerosene and YELLOW for Diesel Fuel are used.

SAFETY CAN W/ SELF-CLOSING BOTTOM FAUCET
Designed for bench or elevated shelf use, this safety can features a self-closing, rigid brass faucet and is well suited to dispense liquids into smaller containers without tipping or handling the can.
