As we step into the new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the last twelve months and the achievements we delivered in 2024. I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and our success is a direct result of the collaboration, innovation, and perseverance that each member of our Protectoseal team, and our broad range of international clients and partners bring to the table. I look forward to another year of growth, opportunity, and shared success as we continue to advance our mission of providing world-class safety solutions for our customers across the globe.

Reflecting on a Record-Breaking Year

2024 was a year of significant milestones for Protectoseal, marking our fourth consecutive year of growth and setting record-breaking sales numbers. Our continued success is a testament to the dedication of our team, the trust of our customers, and the strength of our products.

A primary driver of this growth has been our Next Generation Flame Arresters, including the UCA, LCA, EVA, and AVC models. These innovative solutions have been critical in meeting the evolving needs of industries requiring the highest standards of safety and compliance. Our commitment to designing and manufacturing top-tier, cutting-edge technology continues to set us apart in a competitive market.

Additionally, we have made substantial strides in improving lead times, which has significantly enhanced our ability to serve customers quickly and efficiently. This focus on reducing wait times has further strengthened our reputation for reliability and service excellence.

To support our growth, we’ve made multi-million dollar investments in new and improved facilities, enhancing both our production capabilities and overall operational efficiency. These upgrades ensure that we remain at the forefront of technological advancements and can meet the increasing demand for our products.

Welcoming New Team Members

In 2024, we were excited to welcome Kevin Kolbeck as our new Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development and Ny Lam as our Global Business Development Manager. Both bring a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives that will be instrumental as we continue to expand our global footprint and explore new opportunities in various industries. We are thrilled to have them on board and look forward to the value they will add to Protectoseal.

Looking To 2025 and Beyond

As we look to the year ahead, there is much to be excited about. 2025 marks three years since Protectoseal acquired Elmac Technologies, a move that has helped broaden our product offerings and strengthen our presence in key global markets. We will continue to build on this acquisition, integrating Elmac Technologies’ expertise with Protectoseal’s legacy of safety and innovation.

This year, we will also be participating in major industry trade shows such as StocExpo, ADIPEC, and ILTA, where we will showcase our latest products and innovations. These events are an invaluable opportunity to connect with industry leaders, share knowledge, and demonstrate our commitment to the markets we serve.

Looking ahead, we are committed to reducing lead times even further. Our team is implementing new strategies, including enhanced manufacturing processes and technology upgrades, to ensure that we remain the quickest, most reliable source for our specialist safety products across the industries we serve.

2025 will see Protectoseal operating from three physical manufacturing locations for the first time, which will further improve lead times, but also add more value by offering our customers reduced shipping costs.

Finally, diversification will be a key focus in 2025. We are actively exploring opportunities to expand into new industries and sectors, positioning Protectoseal as a leader in a variety of applications that require the highest standards of protection and engineering.
