We are pleased to announce Teo Cusmina as Protectoseal’s new Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast. Teo’s addition to the team will strengthen our operations and deepen relationships with both existing and new clients.

Teo brings a fresh perspective and a passion for client relationships to her role, and she is dedicated to understanding and meeting our clients’ specific requirements. Her efforts will ensure that Protectoseal continues to offer high-quality Flame Arresters, Conservation Relief Vents, Emergency Relief Vents, and Tank Blanketing Valves that our customers can trust.

Teo is still new to her role, but she already sees significant opportunities for growth on the East Coast. Her immediate goal is to broaden Protectoseal’s reach by strengthening relationships with existing clients and forming new partnerships. This is strongly aligned with Protectoseal’s ongoing commitment to market expansion, as well as our focus on innovation and customer service.

Prior to joining Protectoseal, Teo worked in Product Marketing Management and Key Account Management. These positions taught her valuable lessons about developing long-term client relationships and adapting to market demands, skills that will help her succeed in the East Coast market.

Outside of work, Teo enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, relaxing at the beach, and admiring the beautiful scenery. Her well-rounded approach allows her to stay focused and connected with her teammates.

Discussing her appointment, Teo explained, “I’m so excited to be starting this new role, and as Regional Sales Manager, I can’t wait to continue to push our brilliant team on to new heights on the East Coast. Protectoseal has such a good reputation for the quality of its products and for the support it shows customers, so we’re already in a great position, and as opportunities in this market continue to grow, I can’t wait to see how we can take this onto the next level.”

When asked to describe herself in three words, Teo replied, “Passionate, driven, people-centric,” demonstrating why she is not only an excellent candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager, but also an important member of the Protectoseal family.
